Refund Policy

Widget Avenue Team is here to provide you quality service and pleasant shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1.  Returns

1.1 If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know so that we can discuss possibilities. Normally you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

1.2 Items to be returned must be in saleable/marketable condition and must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Original Receipts (if provided by the seller), Waybill and Hang Tags (if any) must be attached as this is considered part of the product.

1.3 Damaged item/s must be reported to us via email help@widgetavenue.com (item photo must be attached) and the shop owner thru the Message Board immediately within 24 hours upon your receipt.

*Note: Exchange of items applies only for DAMAGED items. We do not allow return or exchange on items that do not meet your expectations in using or liking.

It is also possible to ask for coupon code with the purchase amount and keep the old purchase with you if the product is damaged.

2.  Shipping

Return shipping shall be paid by customer and depending on the situation and reason, after returned item is accepted and processed by our warehouse, you can ask for new product, coupon code with the amount of previous order or refund. Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Refunds

    If one of below-mentioned circumstances were met, we will make full refund of your money.

    If purchased products are probably damaged
    If your order does not arrive within 20 business days
    If item received was wrong or it's not what was ordered.
    In case of any of these circumstances please contact us with the evidence and proof of circumstance. Then we will inspect and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting your request.
    If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of time, depending on payment gateway policies. If paid via COD, Bank Transfer, Money Transfer, buyer needs to provide bank details, preferably BPI accounts to avoid any transaction fees and other bank charges. In case buyer chooses that refund will be deposited to banks other than BPI, buyer will shoulder bank charges and transaction fees incurred.

Same with Money transfer option, buyer will shoulder any transaction fees incurred.
