We do ensure that goods are tested and inspected before packing as we do not want to turn your excitement to sadness. All goods are wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid being damage while goods are in transit.

However, we offer 7 days limited warranty for items with manufacturer's defect. Please make sure that it has been reported within 7 days from the date it was delivered to you. You may be asked to provide details or relevant images or video showing item defect so we can better assist.
